Never buy a Renault Kiger…..

I sent my in for Service at Renault Clearwater in January for my 15 000km service and complained that my brakes were making noise. They advised that as per Liqiud Capital the brakes were under spec. Now at 23 000km my breaks have completely failed. Liquid Capital has rejected the claim for my disks due to wear and tear/ metal to metal damage. Had I been assisted with my break pads initially then we wouldn’t be here. Liquid Capital also advised that the dealer did not notify them of the breaks when the car went for service. Now it’s a back and forth. I just need this issue sorted out it’s an inconvenience. Before that the radio and the window mechanism failed within 3months of purchasing the vehicle.
