I have a Renault quid 5months old. On our Way for holiday to pmb from durban. The vehicle switches off and refuses to start. We called Renault and they sent a rl back after 2ling hrs waiting on the freeway. Renault has not contacted us to this day. I hav visited the umhlanga branch spoken to Deven who was to get the manager Nick to us back by the iif yesterday. No reply from anyone as to why I don't hav my vehicle. Very disappointed and unhappy with the car and customer service. REKHA
