MOST ATROCIOUS , ********** SERVICE !!!

I have had absolutely ATROCIOUS , TERRIBLE and PATHETIC service from Renault Hatfield - BB group on both workmanship , professionalism and customer service. After not getting anywhere with BB Renault Hatfield themselves , i took to Renault South Africa , hoping to get some help or feed back , where i spoke to Reggie who assured me he will follow up with both BB and I , but to NO AVAIL , it has been weeks and i have not heard back from Renault South Africa AND my pathetic service with BB Hatfield has Just ESCALATED !!!!! I AM FURIOUS , GATVOL , DISGUSTED AND REPELLED by the service , workmanship and customer service i have received. Most terrible aftersale service . Problem after problem , bad service over and over . They sent someone to TRACK DOWN their courtesy car to where i was as though i was a ***** , as they said they couldnt get hold of me. The 2 men then continued to wait for me at work WHILE I WAS TREATING PATIENTS WHICH IS ********* AND CONFIDENTIAL . The next day when the car was returned to me , it did not start !!! I will not be liable for any costs or arrangements to sort this out! Renault has made the worse impression on me as a brand and as a whole. PATHETIC !!!!!
