missing parts after each visit

<p>Have put car In for repair, three times out of the last five visits the car has been returned with missing parts from engine compartment. Only once has the part ,the engine cover, been found.</p> <p>The latest part , a battery terminal cover, they denied was on the car .</p> <p>I will never be back as their customer service is atrocious .</p> <p>They only exist because customers have to use them for their warranties.</p>
