Missing items after service

<p>I had my car delivered to my work place after having to leave it in Renault's care over night as they had not completed my service the same day. On receipt of delivery I noticed that the 2 additional rubber floor mats that I keep over and above the normal car mats were missing? When I went back to the dealership they checked their cleaning bay, change room, dustbin and my rubber mats were no where to be found. I am disappointed as this is a first, ever other time I have taken my car for a service this has not happened, and yes I have left my rubber mats in previously.</p>
