miss informing costumers

<p>Before I bought the care I first had a look at it and asked some questions about the MULTI MEDIA NAVIGATION RADIO SYSTEM. My one question was : can it play movies? The answer was yes. The day that we went to see if the bank will approve the loan I asked them agene the question was: if I get screens on the back of the seats do the system support video out so that the back screens play the same image. Answer was yes agene. So we decided to take the bigger option that have the MULTI MEDIA NAV SYSTEM IN FOR R10 000 extra. Got the car the multi media nav system do not support video play back. Spoke to sales men his response was he miss understood me ! now I paid R10 000 extra for a radio that plays mp3 and have a navigation system. If I knew that from the beginning I would have taken the cheaper one and bought myself a real MULI MEDIA NAVIGATION SYSTEN FOR HALF THE PRICE. Correct me if I am wrong but multi stands for more than one. So that means mp3; mp4; avi and so on. Not just mp3 that is single media. I phoned Renault South Africa no response from them just a question “ what do u want the outcome to be” answer to that question is easy . a new multi media navigation system that work like I was told it works full multi media</p>
