mirror cover refund

On the 21st 0f November 2018. I took my car for service and mirror repairs. I couldn't get assistance due to the part I. Ve ordered from them for the mirror it won't be helpful. Cause according to them the new mirror will be needed. Off which is way expensive for me. And I was told the cover for the mirror it comes with only black colour. I will still need to respray it myself. And all that information was explained the very same day I took my car for repairs. What worries me mostly is that when I ask for my refund for the money I. Ve paid prior for them to order the mirror. I was told they don't do refunds cos they order their parts from France. And what must they do about that cover of the mirror. Please assist me I really need my money.and I think what happened to me was not fair. Cause I did what they have asked. I deposited money on their FNB account. And made the confirmation with them that they did receive the money I. Ve made via EFT. The answer was yes they will place an order for the mirror cover.
