Mechanical issue warranty refusal. Poor service

They promise 5 year warranty on mechanical failure due to the installed parts. Our car broke down turns out its the cam rod/chain which is mechanical but they now claim they can fix it only with proof of service. There's nothing about service on their warranty and it's a mechanical issue issue, not our doing even if service was done. It's a defect on a car that's not even 3 years with us. We are still paying car finance meaning you got your money.

Fix hour parts and leave servicing out cause it's your faulty mechanics that's the issue. We are paying for a car that's broken down and this is not the first time cause year one with this car it turned out we were given an old battery that you replaced once our car broke down.

I expect our Renault Clio to be fixed at no cost as your warranty is supposed to fix or replace mechanical parts.
