MANUFACTURING WARRANTEE PARTS EXCLUSION

On the 25th November 2025 after I drop my children I start my RENAULT KWID and it make a noise. I inspect and notice my exhaust is so rusted that part of the exhaust is gone and broken off. I let them tow it to Renault because my vehicle under manufacturing warrantee. I have also lodge a claim for my rubber that peel off begin of year but when requesting decline report I never receive it. On the 28 November I received a call from the service department that the car rubber and exhaust is an exclusion to be replaced. I therefore plea to customers to return your Renault Vehicle because when your vehicle is faulty you going to hear it’s an exclusion and pay your car instalment and insurance because of the matter been escalate. I’m of the opinion of the decline that there no such thing as Renault Manufacturing warrantee. My Renault Kwid is only 3 years and two months and the exhaust is rusted. Furthermore, I lodge numerous complaints to Renault SA of the service department in Gqeberha that they have damage my car but after a year still didn’t get a response. Renault SA just after your money to buy a car and install parts that will get rusted in 3 years. Do yourself a favour to return your Renault because you will pay instalment and insurance without a vehicle and Renault will ignore all complaints and attend to the problem.
