Malfunctioning of a failry new sandero stepway T900

On the 29 April 2016 i took my car for the first service(15000km) at Renault Woodmead. Immediately after the service i experienced the problem of gears getting stuck while driving. I notified them about this problem on the following day (30th of April 2016) and they did some few checks then they book the car for the following day which was Monday(02 May 2016) as they suspected there might be something in the engine. On Monday they reinitialised the car and they gave it back to me claiming is ok but the problem still continued, i informed them that the problem is still there and they booked it in for another check-up on the 11 August 2016. They said they reinitialised it again for the second time but the problem was still there as I experienced it on the following day (12 August 2016) where i got stuck on R21 and i had to wait for 2 hours in the evening on the road waiting for the tow truck that Renault road assistance sent. My car was then towed to East rand where they informed me that the Gearbox oil in the car needs to be changed and they are still awaiting for the warranty approval. It then became my responsibility to keep on calling Renault to find out about the progress until the car came back. I got the car back on Tuesday the 16th of August 2016 but what bothers me more is that there was no report that came back with car for me to know what was done on it, they said the warranty doesn’t give them the authority to notify me about the problem but i must just keep on monitoring the car. How can u monitor the car that you still paying full installment for?

Unfortunately the problem still there, the vehicle is mulfunctioning like nobodys business and renault doesn't care at all.
