Limit edition car pin stripes lifting
I have a renault twingo gordini limit edition with pin stripes on the roof boot and bonnet<br> The roof stripes are lifting i contacted a man called Jay Velen his response was<br> The warranty department declined to repair it as it is due to outside influences, i <br> However cant understand this as the bonnet nor the boot lines are lifting??? <br> I requested the warranty department contact details and got feedback they are<br> Not available??? Requested someone higher i can speak to as my car is still<br> Under factory warranty got the answer this case is close no one higher to speak<br> To i can buy this stripes at R3594.00 my car is costing me a lot of money i am a loyal renault customer but now get this feedback and service???? This will also affect the resale of the car???? My disappointment with Renault can not be put in words!!!

We have investigated your complaint with the warranties and technical department who confirm that the roof stripes are peeling not as result of a product defect. Should this have been the case then you would have experienced failure on the stripes through-out the vehicle.
