Lazy *********** useless

Christian at Renault Tokai doesn't deserve a job or even to be employed. 4 times our Rebault Megane has been in for the air conditioning unit and each time he lies about what they do then promises to sort out the problem by passing the buck to someone else and we never get a phone call back. Our Renault was under warranty when they started to supposedly repair the Aircon but sadly Renault Tokai are absolutely useless. One of the Renault mechanics at Tokai told me that half the time the cars supposedly go in for service and they don't actually do a service but rather bill the customer! Such ********** actions.
