Lacking After Sales Support and Rubish Vehicle

I bought a Renault Kolios 2.5 about a week and a half ago. Last Friday I tried to start the car and it went ballistic ticking and flashing. I called the road side assist and they sent out someone who had no clue what they where doing. I had to inform him, he dutifully jumped it and then it started. Let it run for a bit then said turn it off after which it went ballistic again. So he jumped it again (something I am told is not good) Vehicle started and took it for a run came back an a gain all hell broke loose. I called the service team again and was told they would pick up my vehicle on Tuesday. No one came and after much phone calls and a lot of back and forth someone finally fetched it at 4:00pm yesterday, and now 11:00am today we call to find out what is happening my car is gone! And the response well you will need to phone the tow people. NO! your people picked it up Renault you are a very poor organization not backing up your promises and not following through. Plus I am now not at all happy that a brand new vehicle should fail in this way. no one has taken ownership and I am doing all the chasing to get this sorted on a new car. No Car no help. Never again.
