Lack of good customer service at Renault Tygervalley Multifranchise

Booked my annual service beginning April with Tygervalley Multifranchise for 26 April. On the day my vehicle was serviced, I was advised that the new air filter is not available but has been ordered. They will phone me once it is ready and I will have to take my car back for the filter to be replaced. On 29 May I phoned them since 4 weeks has gone by without hearing anything back from them. I was advised that the mobile number on my profile is incorrect and they could not get hold of me. This is after my number (which I've had all my life) has been asked twice on the day the car was serviced but obviously never updated in their records after the service. I was advised that the manual job card was nowhere to be found where the correct mobile nr was written on. I was asked what time I would bring in my car on 30 May for the air filter replacement. I confirmed 12h15. I arrived at 12h18 and was told to sit so long. At 12h45 I was informed that they are waiting for the air filter to come from another building in the same complex and I must wait a little longer). My car keys was requested at 12h50 and I got my car back shortly after 13h00. I find the customer service extremely slow, unprofessional, full of excused and no accountability whatsoever. When I complained about the slow service, the lady who assisted still tried to make a joke by saying I must buy my colleagues pies to say sorry. If I'm being asked what time I will be there, then don't make me wait for another half an hour because the car part still needs to be fetched. My service was booked 2 weeks in advance, why wasn't the car part ordered back then already? The sad part is that this happened last year as well with the air filter not being available by the time my car went for its service. When the time comes to buy a new vehicle, customer service will weigh so much more when a Renault product is being considered.
