Labour ripp-off

<p>I phoned to get a quote to replace the headlight globes on my Sandero and was quoted R970 for 1 hour labour (excluding the parts). I work in a office, but the last time I replaced them myself and it took me 10 minutes, so an experienced person could do it in about 5 minutes or less for which they want to charge R970 labour. This is a rip*****f in my opinion.</p>
