Kwid irritating brakes

I have had the displeasure of having to listen to the most horrible sound my brakes makes every time my car brakes. It was from the beginning and I get told its where they make the brakes and there is nothing they can do to help me. And modifications are not covered with their insurance. And the response says its all models that have the same grade of brakes but I don't hear them complaining about this problem.

My car is only just 4 months and has had its brakes "fixed" and should be brought back for another "fixing" after a couple of 1000 kms.
