Kwid Brakes Noisy

I bought 2 Kwids on the 23rd of March 2018. Both cars have squicking and rumbling brakes from week 1. I went back to enquire and was told that the problem goes away after a couple of hundred of kms. One person told me that i can powerhose the brakes and the problem will be fixed, but in the same breath she said just for a day or two and it will return. I gave Renault Kempton Park the benefit of the doubt and left it at that. Needless to say the problem continued. I went back and was told to bring the cars in to get the brakes cleaned and brake pads measured. I wasted my time by bringing in the first one. After about two hours I got my car back and less than a day the brakes started squicking again. They even had the nerve to tell me that my brakes measured 19mm and that means it is new brakes. I wouldnt expect it not te be new! Numerous calls later and some staff (at the service area) even going as far as to say that they either dont work for renault or that they just work there, I had to go back to get some spray sprayed onto my brakes. Car number one was ok for a while, car number two squicked on my way out of the renault premises. Today, 18 June 2018 I had to have my car back so that they could take photos of the brakes. I am not sure what else they want to determine seeing that they have measured my brakes before. Just before close of business I received a call asking me whether I have received communication from Renault via post regarding the Kwid's brake issue. I havent and the service manager cant tell me what the communication was about.

There is no point in contacting renault customer service as they dont answer their phones, and the one time they did, they told me that the correct person will contact me back. I am still waiting, TWO MONTHS LATER!

Customer care and accountability from renault and staff at renault does not exist. They were quick to take my money yet they cant be bothered with after service care.
