It still feels like a dream how I lost my new Renault because of the negligence of the workers. That time I am still paying for it yet I am walking. I bought a 2022 Renault at Kempton park Renault SA, I really wish people can learn from my story and stay away from Renaults, it’s the worse decision I have ever made. In February last month I took the car for service at the same place, I only drove it for less than a week after the service and that was the end of it. One of the employees left a spanner inside the bonnet and it hit the radiator, which then destroyed the engine and guess what I was told they will not be liable for anything???? Like why would you go to Renault if you can buy from the streets where you loose as much. My advise if you need a car please choose a better company. I am still bleeding with what I have been out through by Renault and I regret the day I ever laid my eyes on the dealership. I am sure even street people are less reckless than those people.
