KIA Kwid insurance

We bought a car from Renault Polokwane and my wife was involved in an accident on the 24 January 2019. Renault insurance collected the car from us and is now fourth months and we are paying for the car they collected and the lady by name Carene keeps on telling me she will come back to us and failed to do so,the last time I got her email she was asking for my email address,I was surprised as I use the same email will our correspondence with her but I rep**** by given her the same email. They told me that because the insurance company is in curatorship thus why the matter is taking long. I am paying for the vehicle that I do not have and I think they are ripping me off .
