Key Card not being Recognised - Spare Key lost

<p>2014 Renault Clio Expression 40000km ( Still like new and under warranty) - Key card is not recognised car starts only after an hour and 30 minutes of trying, The key is under warranty so a new one has been ordered And i have to wait 21 let me repeat 21 working days without a car as they said as stated by the branch "i must just keep trying to start the vehicle with the faulty key, thats all they can do because i lost the spare key" is this quality service to you?</p> <p>I am absolutely shocked how thebranch expects me to sit with a faulty car and struggle everyday for 2 hours trying to get it to start!</p> <p>Courtesy Car is a must and no branch has one available - I can understand if the car was old but its not,</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely stock of keys should be kept in a warehouse?</p> <p> </p> <p>Very Dissappointed Renault customer who will not be buying another Renault in the future!</p>
