It's so frustrating

I bought a new car from Westvaal Renault Mahikeng in December 2024. On 02 June 2025 it couldn't start without warning or sign of malfunction. It was towed to Renault Mahikeng on the same day. Till today 29 June 2025 Renault Mahikeng has never contacted me to update me about the car. I tried calling a few times but my call ends up in reception, it doesn't reach the workshop. The workshop doesn't pick up the call. The receptionist once took my details, promising that I will be called back. Till today I have not received that call. Tracker shows my car is just sitting at Renault Mahikeng premises without being attended to. I'm in the dark I don't know how long will the car be at their premises bcos they are not communicating with me. And I can't spend money to go to them in person when I know the car is not ready. I'm struggling with public transport in this chilling weather.
