Good day<br> <br> I bought a new car last year, and i was then charged 2 insurance in 2 separate invoices that were sent to my bank to invoice me, month later when i queried about the matter i was told that its was warranty and renew tech insurances, i then called the insurance company to cancel and was told that there is monies that will be deducted <br> and the rest will be credited back into my account.<br> <br> i fully understood about the pro-rata about that would be credited, but there were funds that was not credit back, that i did not understand.<br> <br> i queried with the dealership and have not received any feedback <br> <br> i honestly dont understand why the dealer took so much money, that i was not explained to<br> i want my money back.<br> <br> <br> Warranty - ***<br> <br> Premium R4495.00<br> <br> R4495.00 - 12.5% (dealer commission) = R3933.12 <br> <br> R3933.12 /60 (Term of policy) X 50 (remainder months on the policy) = R3277.60 Refund <br> <br> Renewtech - ***<br> <br> Premium R3495.00<br> <br> R3495.00 - R1550.00 (dealer commission) = R1945.00<br> <br> R1945.00 X 24 (term of policy) / 14 (remainder months on the policy) = R1134.58 Refund <br>
