Insults from Renault are not acceptable

Last Friday my daughter took her new Nissan Micra (had 4500 km) to sell it as she got a new vehicle I get my car serviced at Kia just around the corner from Renault and was actually referred by Kia to Hannes and was told he will provide us with the necessary support She approached Hannes to try and sell the vehicle but instead of getting the support she was promised and hoping for, got a cold shoulder instead and was insulted by this particular sales executive She walked out disgusted and almost in tears As of now, every part I purchase from Kia or get my car serviced there, I will make sure I provide a zero rating to ensure I make a contributing in staff losing their bonus and performance bonus I also know Renault forms part of the overall group and my word by mouth advert will now contribute to this action leon van der Merwe
