Inconvinineced Frustrated

Renault South Africa im very dissapointed,hurt,heartbroken and depressed. You sold me a Kwid, told me not to have an insurance for 1 year and we had ana greement that i will be insured for 1 year with Nzalo and Rodel SA. at this moment in time. my car has been at the panelbeater for a voer a month. not assessed nothing, i tried to see if i can get mny car back and the panelbeater wants a storage release fees, my vehicle was towed after i was bumped.

Rodel SA and its *********** consultants, inconsiderate people. Thy dont care, they dont communicate, they treating as as if we are government grant receipents where by we getting free service. even when they speak to you they will tell you this is a free insurance,

In my contract it shows the amount of money paid to them FOR THIS 1 YEAR CONTRACT.

i hear about the curatorship but i really blame Renault and i want renault to assist me on this. My life is stalked im paying for a car and i cant enjoy it. i asked them if i should start sourcing my on insurance and they not saying anything. im going to Ombudsman.

But i want Renault Southa africa to answer to this.
