inconvenient poor service

i bought a car brand new with zero on the clock from renault and it s a clio 4, i have been taking it for a service at Renault the glen, in february the car was due for a 60km major service of which i took it there on the 22nd then collected it on the 23rd i drove the car for a week and i noticed that something is not right by the gears, i took it back and the had al look on it and they said the gears were too tight and it was fixed, i drove it again for like 8 days and it become worse to a point where the gears were not going in at all i called them and they sent a tow truck to collect the car and it stayed with them for a 3 days and they said the problem was that there was a pipe that moved from the aircon to the gears by mistake when they were servicing it but again it fixed now i took the car drove it gain until on monday the 3 of April where it became worse and i took it back to them and thats when i experienced the most terrible service frm the staff who were getting irritated becoming rude and mean to me, i was the one who was calling them tryin to get help and i was explaining to them that i am going to eastern cape on the 12 of April and i will need the car but noone was helping me out, on the 8th of April the Saturday i went to the branch and i spoke to the Dealer Principle who was shocked about the service , he promised to sort the issue for me, on monday the 10th i started receiving the calls from service manager and the receptionist apologising and the service manager told me that the car will take 21 working days for it to be fixed however he promised me a courtesy car on wedsday the 11th i was called by the receptionist tell me that the warranty declined the claim for the car and that also means the courtesy will not be given to me. she told me that i need to pay R3 928.44 to repair the car and R3 625.20 for stripping it, i refused to her with the reason tha i am not going to pay that kind of money because i dont have it and secondly i strongly believe that they are ones who servicing the car and when i took it there it didnt have any gear or clutc h issues., the car was working just fine and why it took them so long to find the problem and why did they lie to me before and said it was just a pipe from the aircon to gears
