Incomplete product and bad service

I bought my Renault Triber in August 2022, only to realise a few months later both the keys did not have the spare key inside (in case the key's battery goes flat). I spoke to the salesperson about this and they said they would get back to me, which they never did. I've tried to follow up, but they keep ignoring me, and when I go in to follow up, they just keep on saying we'll get back to you.
