*********** Staff along with poor service

<p>I received a quote from Renault in Stellenbosch on the 2nd of May 2017. I paid the deposit on the 4th May 2017. Today is the 19th May 2017. Not only is my car not ready but they claim the flywheel also needs replacing at a cost of R15 000. This on top of a R12 000 rand quote. When I called my buddy who runs a well known after service repair and service centre (Focusing mainly on Renault) in George he stated that he has never heard of the flywheel also needing to be replaced. I told this to a Michael and he continued to say I know nothing about cars and my friend should call them. Two weeks to get parts and then only to be told that more parts are needed? Seriously? I refuse to talk to Michael as he is rude and will not listen to my comments. Disgustingly poor service AGAIN from a Renault dealer. The last Renault I ever purchase. (This is no4)</p> <p> </p>
