*********** AND BAD SERVICE

I bought my renault in September 2013 brand new. This year my car has been into Renault Bryanston 8 TIMES!!<br> <br> There is a major issue with the brakes, after taking it in for the 5th time( every time before that I was advised that its all been fixed, only to find the problem persists) did it get fixed. I had to actually get the franchise principal involved (who I might add couldn't actually care.) When I took it in for the 5th time one of the more experienced mechanics came in the car with me to listen to the noise and then he found the fault, which he stated was an issue with the breaks and the way they were fitted and that it seems the incorrect brakes were put on my car. <br> about a month ago Renault recalled the cars due to a fault on the brakes, so I sent my car in AGAIN and they said that there was no problem with mine, but then they must have done something and the brake issue now continues. its not been in for over 2 days and no one can fix it not do they seem to care to fix the problem as they don't listen to me when I tell them the problem. They have bad attitudes and terrible service levels!!
