After waiting for parts to arrive for my Renault Scenic since October 2022, I was finally contacted by the customer service department of Renault South Africa to advise that they are experiencing a delay in parts arriving. Really? No way? Would never have guessed that?

Still no closer to receiving the parts as there is NO ETA for the parts.

Please, whatever you do, don't purchase a Renault
