Incompatent Manager

<p> I bought a brand new Renault Duster from this agency in October 2015. The sales person at that stage never gave me my spare key, apparently the key was locked up in a cupboard. After months of phone calls they still don't want to give me my spare key for my car. The manager will never call me back to tell me what is going on.</p>
