I'm so disgusted about the horrible service at Renault Polokwane

I'm so disgusted about the horrible service at Renault Polokwane. They broke my tail light when I took my car for service and the manager was so ****** about it, shouting at me like I'm not even a customer and didn't want to take responsibility. I'd rate you a minus if possible I'm disgusted and disappointed. I'm really hurt and I cried because of the manner your manager spoke to me! I'm not happy at all
