I'm never buying a renault car in my life and I'm advising everyone that wants to buy a car to stay away from RENAULT. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!

Renault Bethal : worst service Took my car in for diagnosis and i paid R4200 for them to strip the engine and they gave me a quotation of R107000 without even stripping the the engine as agreed. The Principle dealer was extremely rude and told me that he doesn't need my business when I confronted him about everything. He opted to tow my car to another workshop.

Renault Witbank : horrible customer service from the receptionist and manager beside a lady called Antoinette (she tried her best in assisting me), the rest of them its like you are being an inconvenience and they can't wait to get rid of you. Atleast I ended up getting a quotation for R21000 compared to the R107000 quotation that I got a week earlier from Renault Bethal. They don't have regard for the customer at all.

Renault Tokai : Recieved bad service from the service manager, very unreasonable.

I regret the day I bought a renault car. I have been dealing with them for the last 6 months and I'm exhausted. They don't have courtesy for a client, they just want your money and they give a bellow average standard on any service.
