Ignorance

On Monday morning I had my car towed to the Glen Renault because it would not start. I communicated with my sales person who told me he is no longer there but checked on my behalf that the car had been delivered. Till today not even a call from Renault The Glen to tell me what is happening. I then asked someone to go there on my behalf. Shockingly the car has not even been booked in the warehouse but still sitting outside
