If you like being **** to, buy yourself a renault.
This company is not to be trusted. I have several incidents worth mentioning and I have even contacted renault sa main branch themselves yet nothing made a difference. They are so quick to sell you a car, however they cannot care less about you after that, my digital clock does not stay on the correct time yet they only set it back and gave me the car back without resolving this issue every time I took it in, they were just delaying until my warrentee was over now they expect me to pay to have an issue fixed which came with the car. The most recent issue I had was with my exhaust at the nelspruit branch, it was damaged while driving over a speed bump. They qouted me on a whole new exhaust and labour which totalled up to R5800. Although because my warrentee expired I took my car to point S for a second opinion so they lifted my car and fixed the exhaust without any additional parts in 20min and it costed me R300. So Renault SA why are you treating your customers this way?
Flicker stayed on continiously.
Amount of km acchievable based on petrol left was not accurate.
They put my steering wheel back skew after replacing the flicker. I took it back twice now but nothing was done.
My radio doesnt stay on the same station you leave it on when turning the car off it jumps around.
The bluetooth randomly disconnects from time to time.
Im sure all of this is would suffice as reason to anyone not to buy a renault. Because the defects arent the problem but their efforrts and willingness to rectify it for you is.
