IC RENAULT KEMPTON PARK

To say I'm disappointed in the service I have received from this particular business would be an understatement. I have a Renault Kadjar 1.2 EDC which has seen the Kempton Park dealership more times than I care to mention. The service is pathetic, the customer service is appaling. The Manager treats you like a pest that she doesnt want to be associated with. My car has been in since the 22 July 2021 and till today the 8 August 2021 it is not back. The car has gone in 3 times for the same fault which they obviously cant fix. No sense of urgency whatsoever. I have been inconvenienced and belittled by them so much that I have vowed to never, ever buy another Renault car or allow my friends, family and colleagues to buy. This cannot be how a paying customer gets treated.
