IC Auto Renualt Clearwater

Used to always take my car here, never again. I took my duster here to investigate the reason it was pulling to the left. The "head technician" assured me that he did a thorough inspection and all he found was the stearing wheel was set wrong by a wheel alignment shop. I pursued this.. I was informed the steering wheel in a duster doesn't get "deactivated" for a wheel alignment. But my car actually had a bent shock, damaged shock mounting, the front sub frame had to be pulled forward from impact damage. And Renualts "head technician" couldn't pick this up, are you kidding me? Lost all my faith in this fish and chip shop.
