I never received the goods I paid for

17/02/2021 I ordered spare key by Andre in King William's Town. 30/03/2021 I collected the key that is when I learned they don't do programming. I booked my car in East London for the 06/04/2021 they realized that the spare ke was not for my vehicle as the VIN didn't correspond with the one of my vehicle. I contacted Andre, I drove back to King William's Town and I gave him the key. He said he is gonna contact Pretoria to find out what went wrong, that is when he took my VIN which he didn't take initially when I placed the order. Till today I never got any feedback about my spare key. All I know is Renault has my money, now I am in the Northern Cape without a spare key I paid for.
