I need my car to be attended to ASAP long over due now.

I took my car in for the 45km service and the was an engine light on which still is on , because I was not assisted, I was told to obtain the 1st service record --- I got the car pre-owned it has been going for service without any questions, but now I cant be helped --- the lady was suppose to get back to me before lockdown , today after days of not getting hold of her she tells me she deals with 85 clients a day and she forgot , same lady gave me problems when my key had to be programmed , I am driving in a risky vehicle and she says now have to pay if I need to have the error rectified her name is Charne Burger, very *********** and loud for nothing .
