I bought a Renault Kiger on the 16th of September 2022

I bought a Renault Kiger on the 16th of September 2022. In December 2022, i could identify some faults in a car. In 2023 i reported a number of faults in the vehicle more than 3 times in two months. I was told that the car has Factory Faults. I tried to lodge a complaint in the Renault Head Offices, the call got cut off. I am very much disappointed about their service. Kindly help me
