I always have to call someone else

After receiving a diagnostic test and a breakdown of the parts required on 12/10/2015, I requested the job be done and If it could be done before 31 December 2015 as the car has to make its way down to Cape Town. Assurances were given and the parts were ordered with the deposit paid on 16/11/2015. <br> <br> Today is the 21st of December and after weeks of constant calling and having gone to the branch in Kimberley, I have had no feedback or progress. Apparently the parts are in Johannesburg in a container as it has been for the last 2 weeks. No one can tell me when they will be here and If they will even be here by the end of the year. <br> <br> No one ever calls back as they promise, and no responses are ever given. The consultant at the order desk sends me to the service consultant and the consultant sends me to the order desk. All I want is an answer.
