How long does getting a quotation take

Lat Wednesday I called Renault The Glen requesting a quotation on car parts, I spoke to the guy there who bluntly said "I am busy, I will call you back" he took down my number & my name, few days passed no call. Ok so I decided, I urgently needed these parts so let me find another way to get in touch, I then went on the website on Monday morning, filled my details for a call back & a few minutes later they called, I was thrilled thinking finally I'll get what I needed. So the guy I spoke to takes down my details & confirms which parts im looking for & says "mam I have your email address and I will send you an email shortly." Boy, did I wait this is Tuesday morning, no email no call. Im just baffled by the atrocious service I've been getting from Renault.
