How do you deal with people who know NOTHING about their product.

These people should not be allowed to sell bicycles, never mind motor vehicles. Phoning with a query about a dashboard warning light and no one, from the workshop manager to customer services, to head office is able to give advice. I don't believe anyone in this organization would be able to pass their own blood tests. Anyone buying a Renault vehicle needs serious psychaitric help. What a bunch of clowns !!!
