How current is Renault's website anyway?

"Win a Renault Duster with Virseker Insurance Competition" is currently on the Renault website. It expired on 2020/09/30. I informed them via online chat but was told that web content is not the chat's concern.

I tried their customer care site and got this: "Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server."
