Horrible service yet again

Took my car for service and changed the dealer hoping i would get better service but still the ****py horrible service i received last year. Different dealer, same nonsense. I work 15min away from the dealer and there is no driver to fetch me. How is that so!!!! Buying a renault was the biggest mistake of my life!
