Horrible service! unsatisfied customer!

I took my new Renault clio 4 to McCarthy Renault Germiston for a rackling sound in the car. The called me saying they don't hear the sound. When I arrived at the dealer and drove the car with the technician, then suddenly they can hear the sound. They told me to take my car to where I bought it instead of assisting me! I received horrible service!
