Horrible service, half truths and no parts available in SA

Never buying a Renault again. Will trade in my car for another brand as soon as I get it back again. Service at Renault Roodepoort is horrible. They almost never answer their phones and it is a miracle if they decide to take the time to phone you back. Have been stuck without transport for 4 weeks now. Took them 2 weeks to find out what is wrong with my car but only after I started threatening them. They then ordered the part only to tell me that it might take another 21 days to get there as the part is not available in SA. Told me not to worry that they would provide me with a courtesy vehicle if it takes longer than 10 days. Phoned them 11 days later to find out that they still didn't know when the part was arriving and that they will only now organize a courtesy vehicle. Phoned Renault SA to complain 4 days later only to hear that they will help me organize a hired car, not the courtesy vehicle that they had promised. Have now been told that the part might or might not be there in another 5 days time and in the meantime I am still stuck without transport. NEVER BUYING A RENAULT AGAIN!
