Horrible service!!!

I bought a brand new Kwid Dynamique 2021 in May, I have taken it in 4 times already for brakes issue that they say “We don’t seem to see anything”, my brake fluid has been topped up twice (with no apparent leaks) my hand brake switch has been adjusted but here I am still!! Appalling really!!! No senior manger has been in contact with me from Group1 The Glen, after being told numerously that one would. I guess my life doesn’t matter!!!
