Horrible service

<p>Bought a Renault Clio from Renault Randburg 2 months ago. The dealer who assissted me resigned from Renault. It was the Managers responsibity to make sure I get my spare keys, service book, licence disk, cars papers enc. I have still not recieved anything. The manager ignores my calls, never comes back to me. Had to drive from Mpumalanga to Renault Randburg for answers, the manager weren't there. One of the dealers there looked for my paper work etc but could not find anything so he called his manager and he said he knows of nothing. Without any success I had to drive back 200 km back home with nothing to show for it. I would in my life never do business with renault again! Still awaiting the managers call over 2 months and no help from customer care! </p>
