Horrible service

I booked in my car at Renault Menlyn as it has an issue. Car was booked in on Wednesday morning and i have not received any feedback whatsoever Thursday 16:30. I have called them more than once and they keep saying they will call back so not only do i not know what is wrong with the car i am stranded without a car for more days.
