Horrible Customer Experience and Products

On 14 September 2023, I took my Renault Duster in to get both the front brake pads and disks replaced at Northcliff Renault. The service there was great, however a month later, I took my car back to check the get the brakes checked out as the brakes was making a very bad noise when braking. It almost sounds like the brake pads are worn out already like ***** on *****. I was then told that apparently Renault SA is busy investigating the matter as they had a few customers not being happy after they have recently fitted the new brake pads. Apparently the "new" brake pads received has a harder compound which is resulting in the horrible noise. I then reached out to Renault SA to follow up on this matter, where I spoke to Kabelo Mamaila via telephone as well as email on 1 November 2023. I was told by Kabelo, there is unfortunately nothing they can do as this is the "new" brake pads Renault SA received to be fitted and that it will eventually go away. Kabelo also mentioned that it is not only Renault SA but all other manufacturers who has the same issue which I do not believe. Surely there is something that can be done to rectify this. I mean this is 2 months later after the "new" brake pads and disks were fitted, yet no change in circumstance. The noise is still as bad as 2 months ago. It is a horrible experience driving like this, every time I need to brake, it makes this horrible noise.
